Holistic is that which belongs to holism, a tendency or current that analyzes events from the point of view of the multiple interactions that characterize them. Holism assumes that all the properties of a system (physical, biological, social, mental, etc.) cannot be determined or explained as the sum of its components. That is, holism considers that the entire system behaves differently than the sum of its parts.

A holistic retreat, in which you distance yourself from both your environment and your routine, can be a purifying process that helps you connect with yourself and release your potential to the maximum.

If you are starting to enter the world of yoga and meditation, we advise you:

Start with weekend retreats to begin to transport yourself to the world of retreats and be fully aware.

As you may have already read, there are many types of retreats. We recommend that you choose themed retreats since this will help you be more motivated.

Open your mind and lean on your colleagues. Let yourself be surprised, put aside prejudices, and interact with your colleagues and the professionals who will help you along the way.

Find harmony and connect with your body and mind. Try to harmonize with space and nature to seek harmony and connection between your body, mind, and soul and thus begin to flow.

As we told you, there are times when we need to take a break and dedicate a space for ourselves exclusively from a healthy and conscious perspective. Although each person’s needs and motivations are completely different, a holistic retreat, in which you distance yourself from both your environment and your routine, can be a purifying process that helps you connect with yourself and release your potential to the maximum.
